Kays swim club offers aquafit, childrens and adult classes, teachers in the water,
one to one tuition by arrangement. Diving starts and turns.
I can cater for all your swimming requirements.

Kay Knowles is an experienced A.S.A teacher offering a wide range of lessons for both children and adults.
Aquafit is suitable for both males and females and you do not have to be able to swim to take part. This is a cardiovascular work out that improves and helps maintain a healthy life style.
Equipment: Swimwear and Towel. Hat and Goggles are optional.
Progression: I offer A.S.A. award schemes to monitor your progress at each level. |
