Adult Community Swimming & Aquafit Classes at
Beechwood School Come and join us!

Our 10 week Summer Term starts on
Monday the 21st of April.

Beechwood School has completed the building of a NEW pool over the summer,
and we are pleased to announce that our lessons will be held in this fabulous
new facility.

We are also pleased to announce that we will be starting CHILDRENS lessons at the
pool soon, as well as our exisitng ADULT lessons. Details of times and costs will be announced soon.

Wendy Downing and Kay Knowles, both experienced ASA teachers, offer a variety of classes for Adult Beginners. Improvers, Intermediate and Advanced swimmers, as well as Aquafit sessions, which are suitable for everyone, even non-swimmers!

Equipment: Swimwear and Towel. Hat and Goggles are optional.

Progression: We use ASA Award Schemes and Swimfit logs to monitor your progress at each level. Aquafit is a cardiovascular workout that improves and helps to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
